The Collection signs eight leases of prime office space in Amsterdam
Over the past few months, The Collection has leased approximately 3,800 square meters through lease agreements with among others Argentex, ContextLabs, Firemane, Nuvei, Stanley and Vivcourt at Chapter No. 3 (Westermarkt 2), Chapter No. 6 (Herengracht 134/136), Chapter No. 7 (Singel 151/Spuistraat 104), and Chapter No. 8 (Herengracht 54). Existing member FLYR have expanded to a larger office at Chapter No. 9 (Weteringschans 85).
The Collection consists of 11 historical office buildings - called Chapters - in prime locations across Amsterdam. The Chapters offer bespoke office spaces with shared facilities, high-end services, and a hospitality-driven experience. Members of The Collection have access to the facilities and amenities of all office buildings, including meeting rooms, boardrooms, penthouses, gyms, electric bicycles, a boat, private gardens, coffee bars and lounges.
The Collection has been operational for over two years and is a collaboration between HighBrook Investors and REB. Nine out of the 11 Chapters have now been delivered to the members and these buildings are already 90% leased. In early 2024, Chapter No. 10 (Sarphatistraat 33/35) will be delivered, where an additional 1,125 square meters will be available for lease.
