The Collection leases 3,150m2 office space, welcoming eight new members in central Amsterdam
During the summer months The Collection rented out 3,150m2 as a result of lease agreements with new clients including Christian Dior, Vinted, Caely Renewables, Encompass, REB Projects and Delta Netherlands across five Chapters in heritage properties in Amsterdam’s city centre: Keizersgracht 163-167, Herengracht 54, Herengracht 134-136, Herengracht 433 and Singel 151/Spuistraat 104.
Members have access to all services and amenities at every Chapter, including meeting rooms, board rooms, penthouses, gyms, shared electric bikes, a private boat, private gardens, coffee bars and welcoming lounges.
The Collection is a partnership between HighBrook Investors and REB Projects and consists of 11 prestigious monumental buildings in the city centre of Amsterdam. The buildings offer bespoke office spaces with unparalleled on-site amenities and an unprecedented hospitality-driven experience. The Collection has successfully set up partnerships and events with brands including LVMH/Moët & Chandon, BVLGRI, Amsterdam Fashion Week and Harper’s Bazaar.
The demand for high-end ‘amenitised’ office space in the city centre of Amsterdam remains very strong. While currently four out of 11 buildings (Chapters) within The Collection have been completed, the portfolio is over 80 percent pre-leased. Of a total 25,000m2 lettable area, 4,500m2 remains available at this point.
