The Collection Amsterdam adds Pand Noord to its portfolio
The Collection Amsterdam has added the monumental Pand Noord, located at Meeuwenlaan 100 in Amsterdam, to its portfolio as Chapter No. 12 - Pand Noord by The Collection. Pand Noord serves as a sub-label of The Collection with a focus on tenants in the creative industry. With this expansion, The Collection's total portfolio reaches a size of 33,000 square meters.
The building is characterized by a monumental facade from 1917, which was expanded with contemporary new construction in 2006. Pand Noord by The Collection offers its tenants excellent hospitality and shared facilities such as well-equipped meeting rooms, a company restaurant, a cinema, gym and electric shared bikes. The strategic location, near the North-South line, allows tenants to seamlessly switch between the different Chapters of The Collection.
Pand Noord is currently undergoing renovation, scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023. The project management is executed by the JV partner REB Projects.
In 2024, 3,000 square meters will be available for rent, with Broersma Werken appointed as the leasing agent.
