In the past months The Collection has signed new leases with new members:
Levin Group, CK Capital Partners, Project 44, Maven 11, Project Services Netherlands, The Collective Studio/DSTRCT Amsterdam, Rodeo, Stichting democratie en Media en L1nda for 5 Chapters at Stadhouderskade 85, Westermarkt 2, Keizergsracht 163-167, Herengracht 134-136 and Singel 151 in Amsterdam city centre.
The Collection is a partnership between Highbrook Investors and REB Projects and consists of eleven prestigious monumental buildings in the city centre of Amsterdam. The buildings offers bespoke office spaces with unparalleled on-site amenities and an unprecedented hospitality-driven experience.
The Collection has successfully set up partnerships and events with brands like LVMH/Moët & Chandon, BVLGRI and Harper’s Bazaar.
Four of the eleven buildings have undergone an extensive renovation and are fully completed. Over the next three months The Collection will open five more Chapters, which are now being thoroughly renovated. During the renovation, the focus is on the enhancement of the quality and preservation of the historic heritage, functionality, sustainability and realization of shared amenities such as meeting rooms, boardrooms, penthouses, gyms, a private boat, private gardens, coffee bars and lounges.
As a member of The Collection you gain access to all services and amenities at every Chapter of The Collection.
Whitin The Collection includes a total of 24,000 sqm. there’s approximately 7,500 sqm left for lease available.
