The Collection wraps up 2021 with an additional 4,150 sqm in leases in Amsterdam city centre.
New members
In the fourth quarter of 2021, The Collection has signed new leases for four Chapters in the Amsterdam city centre: Chapter No. 2 at Stadhouderskade 85, No. 4 at Herengracht 433, Chapter No. 7 at Singel 151, Chapter No. 9 at Weteringschans 81-89.
The Collection proudly welcomed a diverse group of new members: eBay, Lemonade, Panda International, Platform161/Verve, WIMO handelsonderneming, Rush Hour and Piano Software.
Since its official launch in July 2021, The Collection has signed a total of 19 leases. The leases now total 9,750 sqm across six properties in Amsterdam city centre.
The new standard in modern office space
The Collection offers its members superior hospitality, exemplary services and inspiring environments. Its remarkable historic buildings, known as Chapters, all include fully equipped meeting rooms, boardrooms, penthouses, gyms, coffee bars, lounges, private gardens, even the use of a private boat and a fleet of electric bikes. Four Chapters are now open: Chapter No. 1 at Looiersgracht 43, Chapter No. 2 at Stadhouderskade 85, Chapter No. 3 at Westermarkt 2, and Chapter No. 4 at Herengracht 433. Members leasing office space in one Chapter receive access to the amenities across all other Chapters.
Over the next six months, five more Chapters will open, creating a further 14,750 sqm of bespoke office space.
